Culture Beaker

Extract three pure cultures in order: A, B, then C.

How to play · rules and tactics

Extract three pure cultures in order: A, B, then C. Drop the visible cell into a column; only a full row of one strain dissolves into DNA. Mixed rows stay in the beaker. Three Stir charges can circulate a column’s settled cells: its top cell moves to the bottom and every other cell rises one position, without changing the strain totals. Switch between Drop and Stir modes before tapping a column. The initial cultures contain two misaligned columns; circulating them can prepare several pure rows at once. There are only three supplied cells. Extracting a strain out of order contaminates the batch, and a fifth occupied row blocks further entry. Keyboard: Tab and Enter/Space operate buttons; R restarts.
